-$25 extra charge will apply for greeting services. Your driver will meet you at the assigned baggage claim are for your flight. You must order this service at the time of placing your reservation.

-Billing is sent out weekly every Monday. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, a 5% late fee will be added to your account for the next billing period. If payment of the full amount due is not received during the second billing period, the full amount will be charged to your credit card account.

-Chicago Sedan & MiniBus Service (Voted The Best) agrees to provide prompt service for the agreed upon price, based on the customer’s specifications regarding pick-up time, pick-up address and destination.

-There is a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period has elapsed, there is a charge of $10.00 for every 15 minutes accrued. Additional charges will apply for 8-passenger and 10-passenger stretch limousines. This will not apply to airport arrivals.

-Extra charges will apply to any extra stop for point to point and airport drop offs and pick ups. Charges may vary from $5-$30 for each stop. Please mention your stops at the time of reservation.

-For cancellation of a reservation, we require a minimum of 12 hours advance notice for most vehicles; otherwise, the account will be charged for the full amount of the trip. Please check the below cancellation chart to avoid full charges for reservations not cancelled properly.

-A premium rate of $10.00 applies to the pick-ups between 11:00PM – 5:00AM.
